Terry Baker II

Terry Lee Baker II, 31 of Macomb, died Saturday, July 27, 2024 at his home.

He was born August 6, 1992 in Rushville, the son of Terry Lee and Cheryl Ealey Baker. He married Heather Lynn Ingles on November 1, 2014 and she survives in Rushville.

He is also survived by his paternal grandmother Rethyle Woods of Beardstown; two step-children Kyler Sims of Kansas City, MO and Timery Danner (companion Dimaggio Trotter) of Jacksonville; a step granddaughter Greenly Trotter; a sister Valerie Collins (husband Floyd of Sullivan and their son Ralphie; a brother Shane (wife Shelby) Baker of Rushville and their son Brantley; his homies Ethan, Emma, Ellissa, Emilly, and Elexis; his special friends Mike Thorton, and Shanda and Jason Chute. He was preceded in death by his parents, his paternal grandfather Martin Woods, and his paternal grandparents Gordon Spradlin and Norma Jean Ealey.

Terry attended Rushville and Macomb Schools and graduated from Project Insight Alternative School in Macomb. He worked for Cassidy Roofing and later JLB Services. Terry had a passion for music and knew the words to every Bone Thugs and Harmony song and could spout off random movie quotes and song lyrics. He enjoyed Chevy Trucks, drawing, and telling "Dad" jokes not matter how bad they were. He spent many hours duck hunting, tinkering with things, and riding his dirt bike. Terry's greatest joys were spending time with his family, especially if they were watching that St. Louis Cardinals.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown. The family will meet with friends one hour prior to the services at the memorial home on Thursday. There will be no burial.
