Raymond Crenshaw

Raymond E. Crenshaw, age 65 of Bader, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

He was born near Cooperstown on November 30, 1952. Raymond worked on the Railroad, farmed, was a road commissioner, and was a truck driver. He loved to work, go fishing, and loved to spend time with his family.

Raymond is survived by his wife Georgianna Crenshaw; his brother Jim Crenshaw, and his sister Cheryl (Mike) Frank. He is also survived by his children Eric (Tosha) Crenshaw, Jamie (wife Christy) Crenshaw, Corey (wife Danielle), Denver (Brittany) Crenshaw, Jessica (John) West, Mike (Samantha) Hopping, and Chuck (Tiffany) Hopping. His children had blessed him with 37 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Denver and Verona Crenshaw and his brother Billy Crenshaw.

Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Bader Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Following the graveside service, a celebration luncheon will be held at 2:15 PM Wednesday at Bader Christian Church. Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown is in charge of arrangements.
