Robert graduated from Rushville High School in the class of 1982. He began his career at Excel in Beardstown and retired from JBS after 33 years of employment. He enjoyed rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys, and cherished the time he spent outdoors, especially on the river. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Robert had a passion for trail rides on his 4-wheeler and was a man with a lot of friends.
